seeKEVolution offers web development, UI/UX design, digital marketing, analytics, technical consulting, and ongoing support. The specific scope of work, deliverables, and timelines will be detailed in your individual service agreement.
3. Client Responsibilities
By using our services, you agree to:
- Provide accurate and timely information needed to complete projects.
- Respond promptly to requests for feedback and approvals.
- Ensure that any materials you provide do not infringe third-party rights or violate laws.
- Maintain the confidentiality of any access credentials provided to you.
4. Fees and Payment
- Fees will be outlined in your service agreement.
- Payments are due as specified in your invoice or agreement.
- Late payments may incur additional charges.
- We reserve the right to suspend services for overdue accounts.
5. Intellectual Property Rights
- Client Content: You retain ownership of any materials you provide.
- Deliverables: Ownership of final work transfers to you upon full payment.
- Pre-existing Assets: Any proprietary tools or code we use in projects remain our property, though you may receive a license for their use as part of the service.
6. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to keep proprietary and confidential information private. This obligation remains for two (2) years after service termination.
7. Warranties and Disclaimers
We strive to provide high-quality services but do not guarantee error-free or uninterrupted results. Services are provided “as is,” and we disclaim all implied warranties.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, seeKEVolution shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for services in the past six months.
9. Termination
Either party may terminate the agreement with written notice if the other breaches a material term and does not resolve it within a reasonable timeframe. Upon termination, any outstanding payments remain due.
10. Updates to These Terms
We may update these Terms at any time, with notice provided by updating the “Effective Date” above. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance.
